Tonight’s episode of Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta was full of contrived and manipulated moments, as well as lots of drama! There is a lot to talk about so, lets jump right on in!

Stevie J was clearly the star of tonight’s episode! He was featured in a whopping 5 out of 12 scenes!  This may not seem like a lot but, please remember how many characters and plot points are in this season!  Traci, Drew, Scrappy and Shay were non-existent tonight and Erica was just there without a purpose!  Traci and Drew, my predictions are that you will be receiving your pink slips shortly!  Tameka Foster, aka Usher’s ex wife, please get ready to receive a phone call from Mona Scott-Young!  They will be needing your services shortly.

Due to Stevie J’s busy night, he started off the show meeting up with Joseline, who wanted her cut of the advance they were supposed to receive from the international deal they celebrated earlier.  Stevie quickly told her there was no money because the deal was no more! He made it seem as if he ended the deal to punish her, however, it was due to the label wanting too much of her money and since her money is his money, the deal was bad.  After that meeting went terribly, Stevie J. met with Ariane to inquire about Mimi.  Ariane did everything my BFF better not ever do! If you are reading this, I better not hear about you telling my ex, who did me completely dirty, how much I am broken up about him and how I jumped into a relationship just to help me get over him! Ariane, go read a BFF handbook!

After Stevie left Joseline and Ariane, he headed over to meet his former Bro, Benzino, at a cigar shop.  I love how Mona tried to get fancy with the videography!  I felt like I was watching a Spike Lee film! Doing too much, Mona!  In the end, they both made up and the brotha’s are back on! They got that thug love, ya’ll! Finally, after meeting with Benzino, he met with MiMi.  After trying to appear like a “Strong Black Woman” by showing Stevie her cover up tattoo, Stevie still manages to get back into her heart by apologizing for his wrongdoing and acting like he’s overcome with emotion.  They end with a perfect waiting to exhale hug.  Stevie has one more scene but I will mention it later.

More drama came from Rasheeda and Kirk tonight.  However, this time Rasheeda had to include her momma in it!  Rasheeda’s mom, and business partner, used to believe Kirk could do no wrong.  That was until Rasheeda told her about Kirk’s grimy ways, including how he wanted her to have an abortion and DNA test.  Rasheeda’s mom met up with Kirk and gave him the business, telling him it was wrong to tell his wife she should have an abortion and a blood test!  Kirk felt that if she wanted to jump in and help her daughter out, she should’ve paid the mortgage or sent a check over.  In his words, if she didn’t do that, she needed to stay in her place.  After a failed attempt at saying the pregnancy was a conflict of interest regarding Rasheeda’s career, he fled the scene because his back was up against the wall and it was evident he was a scumbag.

K. Michelle had an ok night.  Unfortunately, all of her scenes seemed manufactured.  We first see her doing “damage control’ by meeting up with Karlie Redd and trying to smooth out their relationship.  Before making up, Karlie warns K. Michelle that she made a diss record and it has already been circulated. K. Michelle tells her she is fine with it and they are ok as long as there are no more diss records made.  Later, K. has a birthday party, which looked so staged.  Karlie ended up gifting K. Michelle with a copy of the diss record, which they decided to have played by the DJ.  As the record is playing and as Mona Scott-Young is salivating, they hear the lyrics, which mentioned R Kelly, K’s mentor, probably peed on her and her abuse story is probably made up.  Hearing this made K. Michelle give her dramatic speech, followed by a drink toss to Karlie’s face.  More drinks were tossed and then, miraculously, the two women made up outside the club.  Como? This is how I know it was manufactured! Btw, Karlie’s butt looked crazy in that dress…and not in a good way!

On the other side of town, MiMi had a huge night.  However, I was so annoyed by her!  We first see MiMi at her photo shoot for her new brand M.A.D.E., which stands for  “Making a Difference Everyday” or what I truly believe it stands for, “Mimi ‘s A Delusional Embarrassment!”  During the photo shoot, Nikko tried to direct it, unsuccessfully and then gives MiMi a Fake Rolex! At this point, it is clear that Nikko is the jump off.  Later, MiMi is prepartying with Ariane and Erica before the Video premiere party, and talking about how Nikko barely put her in the music video when she was supposed to be the star.  She also lets them know she invited Stevie J. to the party.  At the party, Stevie J. arrives, in his freshest white suit, and gifts MiMi with a 5 series BMW.  Nikko, looking emasculated, congratulates MiMi on the car and asks if there is more between she and Stevie.  MiMi uses this as her chance to make it seem like Nikko is crazy and at that point, Nikko and I realized that he was only the JUMP OFF!  It is clear MiMi will be back in Stevie’s arms shortly.  I am excited to hear what excuse she makes as to why it is necessary she be with him.  Most likely MiMi will attribute it to doing what’s best for her daughter.

Overall, MiMi is a weakling, I still feel sorry for Rasheeda, I am less enthralled with K. Michelle AND Joseline, Ariane is a mess starter, and Benzino got that Thug Love!  The next episode looks incredible so, make sure you watch!

See ya fatties,

The Reality Fatty
